tell me how all this, and love too, will ruin us

So, uhh, hi.

First entry here.

I started this journal after the great tumblr porn meltdown of December ‘18; never used it because most of my friends on tumblr didn’t end up leaving after all. But I guess I’m looking for a place to write in more long-form than what’s common on tumblr.

Here’s a bit about me: I work in a law firm, and I’ll be a lawyer once I get admitted, which was going to be in July but now may not be, depending on what happens with this pandemic. I got into the habit of including a double space at the end of my sentences for work whenever I started last year, and now I can’t stop, so that’s going to be interesting. I’m a lesbian but still looking for my Carol. I have two cats (chorus: oh you’re that kind of lesbian, huh? I’m going to be a forty year old cat lady, the way I’m going).
